Frank Landrey Enterprises LLC and Missions In Action are happy to team with ______________________ (your charity) for another successful
charity golf outing. Frank Landrey Enterprises LLC has an agreement with a
local car company to help charities have successful golf events. he will contact the car company to provide a
new car for a Hole-In-One prize on a par 3 at your course,
___________________________. Frank
Landrey will be there to PR the Par 3 hole. The car company must be allowed
advertising in the gift bags given out to participants in the golf outing
festivities. Signage is permitted for the car company to promote its cars and
for Frank Landrey Enterprise to offer his services. There is only one car
winner per tournament, if in fact there is a winner. Frank Landrey verifies any winner. Frank Landrey Enterprises nor Frank Landrey
is to be held responsible if the car insurance or car company fails to fulfill
its promise.
Agreement with the Event Charity/Company
and Frank Landrey Enterprises LLC is
as follows:
Part A) The
event’s tournament director will charge $10.00 per player at the check –in
table before round begins for a chance to win a new car on the par 3 where
Frank Landrey will be located and any other par 3 Hole-In-One prizes. Note: Half ($5.00) per
person cost will be kept for the Charity/Company and half ($5.00) is
paid to Frank Landrey Enterprises for time and PR plus closest to pin prizes at
Par 3.
Part B)
Is an opportunity for every
team to *contribute another $20.00 (per team) at par 3 hole… For $20.00 per team (given to Frank
Landrey at the Par 3 hole) provides every team member with:
(1) Use of Coach Landrey’s ball which will be a 10’ putt
already on the green for their team’s shot.
(2) Anyone inside Coach Landrey’s pre-set golf ball wins autographed book, True Tales of College Golf.
(3) Players enter Closest to pin prize “$50.00 prize
value”1 Swing Training Mirror and Teaching DVD.
Note: Part “A” (50%) payment is to be made to Frank Landrey before the end of the event day.
Note: Part “B” (50%) payment for Missions In Action is to be made to Frank Landrey at this time too.
